摘 要:通过合理的挡位决策获取车辆行驶的最佳挡位是商用车自动机械变速箱(AMT)发展的关键技术,文章研究了一种在保障AMT商用车车辆动力性能的基础上,持续动态决策最佳挡位,从而优化油耗的方法。该方法从充分发挥发动机在当前转速下的功率需求出发,兼顾车辆行驶动力性能需要的扭矩储备和加速性能,利用加权比较和动态递归等方法,分析合理挡位,实现发动机万有特性最优,降低油耗率以提高经济性能。The key technology of automatic mechanical transmission(AMT)development for commercial vehicles is to obtain the optimal gear through reasonable gear decision.In this paper,a method to decide the optimum gear and optimize fuel consumption of AMT commercial vehicle based on dynamic performance is studied.This method gives full play to the power demand of the engine at the current speed,takes into account the torque reserve and acceleration performance required by the vehicle driving dynamic performance,analyzes the reasonable gear by using weighted comparison and dynamic recursion methods,and achieves the optimal engine universal characteristics,reduces the fuel consumption rate and improves the economic performance.
