摘 要:通过测算得出沈阳市2017—2021年规模以上工业行业能源消费CO_(2)排放量,将碳排放强度与GDP增速进行对比分析,观察现阶段沈阳市规模以上工业行业碳减排效果,并基于沈阳市32个行业中规模以上企业2017—2021年的静态面板数据,利用扩展的STIRPAT模型对沈阳市碳排放的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:沈阳市规模以上工业行业原煤能源消耗碳排放占总碳排放量高达85%;沈阳市GDP增速明显大于单位GDP二氧化碳排放量的降速,尚未实现绝对的碳减排;企业投资规模、经济发展水平、能源强度、能源消费结构对行业中规模以上企业碳排放具有显著的促进作用,研发强度、政府规制对行业中规模以上企业碳排放的直接效应为负。By calculating the CO_(2)emissions from energy consumption of industries above designated size in Shenyang from 2017 to 2021,this paper compares carbon emission intensity with GDP growth rate to observe the effect of carbon emission reduction at the present stage.Based on the static panel data of enterprises above designated size in 32 industries in Shenyang from 2017 to 2021,the extended STIRPAT model is used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of carbon emission.The results show that the carbon emissions of raw coal energy consumption accounts for up to 85%of the total carbon emissions;the GDP growth rate of Shenyang is obviously greater than the rate of CO_(2)emissions reduction per unit of GDP,and the absolute carbon emission reduction has not been achieved;the enterprise investment scale,economic development level,energy intensity and energy consumption structure have a significant promoting effect on carbon emissions,while the direct effects of R&D intensity and government regulation on carbon emissions are negative.
