摘  要:某博物馆建造于20世纪50年代,4层砌体结构房屋,楼屋面为结构梁支撑小跨预制板,承重墙下采用灰土夯实基础,结构整体性差,抗震性能低。结合本工程加固改造设计介绍了一种新型P-TRC预应力碳纤维增强混凝土板,探讨了配套施工工艺及构造节点,通过有限元程序SAUSG分析了加固后砌体房屋在各地震水准下的抗震性能,与传统喷射混凝土加固方法对比,采用P-TRC加固后建筑物抗震性能提升明显,能够实现“小震不坏、大震不倒”的性能要求。P-TRC加固技术对原结构损伤小,工艺简单可快速提升建筑使用功能和利用率,适用于城市中心既有砌体建筑加固,有利于促进城市更新,本工程加固方法可为类似砌体建筑加固工程提供借鉴。The 4-story masonry museum discussed in this paper was built in the 1950 s.Its floors and roof are small-span prefabricated slabs supported by structural beams,and the lime soil compacted foundation is used under the bearing walls.The structure is poor in integrity and has low seismic performance.Combined with the reinforcement and renovation design of this project,a new P-TRC carbon fiber reinforced concrete slab was introduced,the corresponding construction process and structural joints were discussed,the seismic performance of each performance level of the masonry structure after material reinforcement was analyzed by the finite element program SAUSG,and compared with the traditional shotcrete reinforcement method.The results show that the seismic performance of the structure strengthened with P-TRC is significantly improved,which can achieve the performance requirement of no damage in frequent earthquakes,no collapse in rare earthquakes.The P-TRC reinforcement technique causes little damage to the original structure and is a simple process that can quickly improve the use function and utilization rate of structures,making it suitable for reinforcing existing masonry structures in urban centers and contributing to urban regeneration.The reinforcement method of this project can be used as a reference for similar masonry structure reinforcement projects.
