摘　　要：某住宅大跨度楼板出现较大程度下挠现象,为查明楼板发生下挠的原因,避免因设计缺陷和施工措施不到位导致楼板挠度过大的问题,从结构设计和施工两方面进行原因分析,探讨发生下挠主要原因及相应预防大跨度板下挠过大的应对措施,以供后续类似项目施工参考。In order to find out the causes of the large deflection of the long-span floor slab in a residence and avoid the problem of excessive deflection of the floor slab due to design defects and inadequate construction measures,this paper analyzes the causes from both structural design and construction,discusses the main causes of the large deflection and the corresponding countermeasures to prevent the large deflection of the long-span floor slab,so as to provide reference for the subsequent construction of similar projects.
