摘　　要：基于三维矩阵相机的机器视觉技术,研究提出一种针对装配式建筑构件的图像测量系统并安装实际应用。该系统和装配式建筑流水线配套使用,主要由检测系统相机和照明总成、检测系统安装平台支架和检测系统控制机柜等组成,相应配套图像采集、三维点云运算、三维点云自动拼接、二维/三维图像边缘特征自动提取和测量、平面度自动测量、钢筋尺寸自动测量、标准三维模型自动生成、匹配和超限报警、二维/三维图像数据管理等测试软件。实际应用表明,系统根据构件设计图,可自动给出各类预埋件及整体构件的三维尺寸数据,使构件生产质量可追溯,实现每个出厂产品的三维数字化管理,为提高建筑构件的生产质量提供有力的保证。Based on the machine vision technology of three-dimensional matrix camera,an image measurement system for prefabricated building components is proposed and installed for practical application.The system is used with the assembly line of the prefabricated building,mainly composed of detection system camera and lighting assembly,detection system installation platform bracket and detection system control cabinet,etc.,corresponding supporting image acquisition,three-dimensional point cloud computing,three-dimensional point cloud automatic splicing,two-dimensional,three-dimensional image edge feature automatic extraction and measurement,flatness automatic measurement,steel bar size automatic measurement,standard three-dimensional model automatic generation,matching and overrun alarm,two-dimensional,three-dimensional image data management and other test software.The practical application shows that the system can automatically give the three-dimensional size data of various embedded parts and overall components according to the component design drawing,so that the production quality of the components can be traced,realize the three-dimensional digital management of each factory product,and provide a strong guarantee for improving the production quality of building components.
