摘　　要：跨境高等教育合作是云南加快建设面向南亚东南亚辐射中心,推进“一带一路”教育行动的重要环节之一。笔者通过搜集整理文献资料,分析影响云南高等教育跨境合作的优势、劣势和机遇,以期实现国家战略、区域发展与跨境高等教育的共轭耦合和精准发力,促进云南高等教育跨境合作的发展。Cross-border higher education cooperation is an important task for Yunnan to face as the radiation center of South Asia and Southeast Asia committed to promoting the"the Belt and Road"education action.This paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages and opportunities that affect the cross-border cooperation of Yunnan's higher education by collecting and sorting out literature,so as to help the province realize the coupling and precise development of national strategy,promote regional development and cross-border higher education,and realize the education community.
