摘 要:目的:探究产蛋期和就巢期皖西白鹅的卵巢组织结构差异,以及就巢时内分泌调控机制。方法:分别选取产蛋期和就巢期皖西白鹅各16只为研究对象,通过分析不同时期鹅卵巢组织结构变化、血清生化指标和激素水平,对比分析各指标的差异。结果:产蛋期皖西白鹅卵巢体积大,卵泡发育更加活跃,生长卵泡较多,卵泡光滑且圆润,各级卵泡的颗粒层和膜层逐渐增厚。就巢期的卵巢缺乏优势卵泡,原始卵泡和闭锁卵泡较多,卵泡凹陷明显。就巢期皖西白鹅血清中总胆固醇和白蛋白含量显著低于产蛋期(P<0.05),甘油三酯含量极显著低于产蛋期(P<0.01);就巢期血清中促卵泡素、雌二醇和促黄体生成素含量显著低于产蛋期(P<0.05)。结论:皖西白鹅就巢期间,卵巢内卵泡闭锁明显,机体对营养物质动员降低。皖西白鹅就巢行为受多种生殖激素影响。Objective:To investigate the difference of ovarian tissue structure between nesting and laying stages of Wanxi white geese and the endocrine mechanism of nesting regulation.Methods:Sixteen Wanxi white geese were selected as the research objects in the nest stage and the laying stage,respectively.The changes of ovarian tissue structure were analyzed,serum biochemical indexes and endocrine hormone levels were measured,and the differences of each index were compared and analyzed.Results:The ovaries of Wanxi white geese were large,the follicles developed more actively,the growing follicles were more,the follicles were smooth and round,and the granular layer and membrane layer of follicles at all levels gradually thickened.The ovary lacks dominant follicles,and there are more primordial follicles and atresia follicles.Follicle atresia has obvious depression.The serum total cholesterol(TC)and albumin of Wanxi white geese in nesting period were significantly lower than those in laying period(P<0.05),and triglycerides(TG)were significantly lower than those in laying period(P<0.01).In terms of endocrine hormones,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol and luteinizing hormone in the serum during the nesting period were significantly lower than those during the laying period(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the nesting period of Wanxi white geese,follicular atresia was obvious,and the contents of TG and TC decreased.The synergism of many hormones may be one of the main reasons for the nesting of Wanxi white geese.
