秋冬季节山羊羔羊对不同结构保温箱的行为选择

摘　　要：目的:探讨设施养殖羔羊在非极寒条件下的适宜微环境。方法:在高架漏粪板床和平地放置4种结构的羔羊保温箱:四周封闭+箱底无垫板(A1)、四周封闭+箱底有垫板(A2)、四周不封闭+箱底无垫板(B1)、四周不封闭+箱底有垫板(B2),箱底垫干草,间隔7 d更换垫草。24 h监控记录9只12日龄羔羊行为,实时测定舍内温度。结果:对于漏粪板床保温箱,处于室温14.9~17.3℃和11.5~14.5℃温度段的羔羊,进入封闭结构频次高于不封闭的(P<0.01);在9.8~10.4℃,进入封闭结构频次低于不封闭的(P<0.01);在各温度段,羔羊进入有垫板结构频次高于无垫板(P<0.01)。对于A1、A2、B1、B2等4种保温箱,羔羊进入的行为频次之间均显著性差异(P<0.01),且在1~10 min、11~60 min和61~360 min等3个不同滞留时间段亦均呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。羔羊远离母羊进入平地保温箱的频次为0。结论:羔羊在秋冬季节避冷,倾向选择有垫板的结构,喜干燥垫料,在短时间滞留时进入四面和顶部封闭保温箱的频次高,长时间躺卧睡眠以四面和顶部不封闭的结构为主。Objective:The purpose of this experiment was to explore the suitable microenvironment of lamb life by facilities breeding in not extreme cold conditions.Methods:They are kept in the bed elevated leakage dung and the floor that were placed by the following 4 kinds of incubators:closed a round and roof+bottom with no plate(A1),closed+bottom with a plate(A2),not closed+bottom with no plate(B1),not closed+bottom with a plate(B2).Those bottoms were placed on with dry straw and with the new straw replaced every 7 days afterwards.The behavior of a total number of 9 twelve-day-old lambs were monitored for 24 h every day with vidicons,and the temperature measured r eal-time in the house.Results:The results showed that the frequency of lambs entering the closed structure was higher at room temperature of 14.9—17.3℃and 11.5—14.5℃than that of lambs in the unclosed structure(P<0.01),however,that was a reversal at 9.8—10.4℃(P<0.01).The frequency of lambs entering the structure was higher without a plate at any one of the three temperatures(P<0.01).Differences were found significantly in the frequency of lambs entering the cages respectively for A1,A2,B1 and B2(P<0.01),and so in each of the duration of stay of 1—10,11—60,61—360 min(P<0.01).Any one of lambs was not found entering the floor incubators away from its ewes.Conclusion:The lambs preferred for the structure with a plate and with dry straw on flooring between autumn and winter to avoid cold weather.The clear preference shown by the lambs for the incubator with around and roof closed when staying for a short time and unclosed when sleeping for a long time.
