摘 要:高层住宅建筑当高宽较大,或所处地区抗震设防烈度较高,底部剪力墙可能会出现较大的拉应力,导致混凝土过早开裂,造成墙肢抗剪能力和抗弯刚度下降。为此,《福建省住宅工程设计若干技术规定》规定,中震下剪力墙拉应力超过混凝土强度抗拉强度标准值时,必须设置型钢并承担全部拉力。本条要求与《超限高层建筑工程抗震设防专项审查技术要点》的规定一致,但确定型钢面积的方法略有不同。通过公式推导,建立轴拉比和截面含钢率、轴拉比和型钢拉应力最大值的关系曲线,比较这两个文件规定的不同之处,总结一些规律;前者的用钢量虽然较多,但是计算公式更简洁,方便设计。另外,通过一个高层住宅的工程案例,分析了墙肢轴拉比计算、型钢配置的设计流程,并对计算参数、组合墙范围、型钢布置的原则进行说明。When the ratio of height to width of high-rise residential buildings is large or the seismic fortification intensity is high,the bottom shear wall may appear large tensile stress,which will lead to premature cracking of the concrete and the decline of shear capacity and bending stiffness of the wall.For this reason,"Several Technical Regulations for Residential Engineering Design in Fujian Province"stipulates that when the tensile stress of the shear wall exceeds the standard value of the tensile strength of concrete under moderate earthquakes,section steel must be provided and bear all the tension.The requirements of this article are consistent with the provisions of"Overrun High-rise Building Engineering Seismic Fortification Special Examination Technology Points".but the method for determining the area of section steel is slightly different.Through formula derivation,the relationship curve between the axial tensile ratio and the steel ratio of section,axial tension ratio and maximum tensile stress of section steel is established.the differences between the two documents are compared,and some regularities are summarized.It is considered that although the former uses more steel,the calculation formula is more concise and convenient for design.In addition,through an example of a high-rise residential project,this paper introduces the design process of axial tension ratio calculation and section steel configuration,and explains the calculation parameters,the range of composite walls,and the principle of section steel layout.
