摘  要:为提高装配式结构抗震性能,实现装配式结构强节点、耗能区域可控、高效连接等关键技术创新,提出一种钢套筒-耗能铰装配式梁柱节点。基于钢套筒-耗能铰装配式梁柱节点滞回性能试验,构建装配式梁柱节点有限元模型数值模拟分析其受力机理,研究耗能铰不同参数构造对节点工作性能的影响。结果表明:钢套筒强化装配式梁柱节点核心区,提高节点核心区抗剪能力和剪切变形能力;钢套筒-耗能铰装配式梁柱节点耗能和损伤破坏集中在耗能铰;得到装配式梁柱节点中耗能铰的参数设计建议。In order to improve the seismic performance of the prefabricated structure and realize the key technological innovations such as strong nodes of the prefabricated structure,controllable energy-consuming areas and efficient connection,a steel sleeve-energy-dissipating hinge assembled beam and column joint is proposed.Based on the hysteretic performance test of prefabricated beam-column joints with steel sleeve-energy-dissipating hinges,the finite element model of prefabricated beam-column joints was constructed to simulate and analyze the stress mechanism,and the influence of different parameter structures of energy-dissipating hinges on the working performance of the joints was studied.The results show that the steel sleeve strengthens the core area of the prefabricated beam-column joint,improving the shear and shear deformation capacity of the core area of the joint.The energy dissipation of prefabricated beam and column joints of steel sleeve and energy dissipation hinge is concentrated in energy dissipation hinge;The parameter design suggestions of energy dissipation hinge in prefabricated beam-column joints were obtained.
