摘  要:保障区间隧道在正常运营过程中排水顺畅,是地铁运管部门的重要职责。针对既有线路地铁区间废水泵房的实际运营维修现状,分析液位传感器选型及安装位置、浮球液位传感器固定方式、排水管材质、水泵电缆和振动等常见问题,研究并提出优化方案,为提高泵房设备可靠度、确保区间排水系统安全运行提供参考。随着综合监控技术的开发和应用,也为地铁区间废水泵房的可靠运行提供方便。It is an important responsibility of the subway transportation management department to ensure the smooth drainage of tunnel in the normal operation.In view of the actual operation and maintenance status of the wastewater pump room in the subway interval of the existing line,this paper analyzes some common problems of the selection and installation position of liquid level sensor,the fixing mode of floating ball liquid level sensor,the material of drainage pipe,the cable of water pump,and vibration,etc.,and puts forward optimization suggestions.These optimization suggestions provide references for improving the reliability of the equipment,and ensuring the safe operation of the drainage system in the interval.With the development and application of the comprehensive monitoring technology,it provides convenience for the reliable operation of the wastewater pump room in the subway interval.
