摘 要:系统总结了溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯橡胶(BIMS)的典型硫化体系和硫化反应机理,详细介绍了BIMS在轮胎的胎面、胎侧和气密层,轮胎硫化胶囊,以及医药胶塞等方面的应用配方技术和应用性能,此外还与普通丁基橡胶和卤化丁基橡胶进行了性能对比,最后对其未来发展方向进行了展望。The typical curing system and vulca-nization reaction mechanism of brominated isobutylene-p-methylstyrene rubber(BIMS)were systematically summarized in this paper,and application formulation technology and application performance of BIMS in the field of tread,side wall and innerliner of tire,tire curing bladder and medical plug were introduced in detail with 26 references.The properties of BIMS were compared with those of ordinary butyl rubber and halogenated butyl rubber.Finally,the future development direction of BIMS was prospected.
