摘 要:随着宁波轨道交通线网逐渐形成,运营年限变长,客流量增长,故障或突发事件现场处置时间过长或故障影响范围判断不准确对安全、高效运营影响较大,降低服务质量。本文以宁波轨道交通为例,结合现有专项应急预案、现场处置方案等规章文本,整理分析近年晚点应急事件案例,调研故障处理中存在问题,思考并探讨提高正线应急故障处理下各专业汇报沟通效率的方法。With the gradual formation of Ningbo rail transit network,the operation life becomes longer,the volume of commuters increases,the on-site treatment time of faults or emergencies is too long or the judgment of fault impact scope is not accurate,which has a great impact on safe and efficient operation and reduces the service quality.Taking Ningbo Rail Transit as an example,combined with the special emergency plan,on-site disposal plans and other regulation texts,this paper arranges and analyzes the cases of delayed emergency events in recent years,investigates the problems existing in fault handling,and considers and discusses the methods to improve the reporting and communication efficiency of various disciplines under the emergency fault handling of the main line.
