摘  要:以高温煤焦油沥青的甲苯可溶物为碳源,采用绿色工艺(H_(2)O2化学氧化法)制备碳量子点(CQDs),并以水热沉积法与TiO2制备复合催化剂,采用TEM、FTIR、XPS、XRD和UV-Vis等技术对二者形貌和结构进行表征,探究复合催化剂光催化降解亚甲基蓝的效果。结果表明,所制备CQDs平均粒径为1.33 nm,含有羟基和羧基等官能团,水溶性较好,荧光量子产率为4.52%。CQDs/TiO2复合催化剂2 h内对亚甲基蓝(MB)降解效率可达到82.7%,显著优于纯TiO2(25.4%)。Carbon quantum dots(CQDs)were prepared by a green process(H 2O_(2) chemical oxidation method)using the toluene solubles of high temperature coal tar pitch as the carbon source,and composite catalysts were synthesized with TiO_(2) and CQDs by hydrothermal deposition method.TEM,FTIR,XPS,XRD,UV-Vis and other techniques were used to characterize the morphology and structure of the two,and to explore the catalytic degradation effect of composite catalysts in the field of photocatalysis.The results show that the obtained CQDs have an average particle size of 1.33 nm,contain functional groups such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups,have good water solubility,and have a fluorescence quantum yield of about 4.52%.The CQDs/TiO_(2) composite catalyst it shows better photocatalytic performance,the degradation efficiency of methylene blue(MB)can reach 82.7%within 2 h,which is significantly better than pure TiO_(2)(25.4%).
