摘 要:为解决页岩井壁失稳问题,制备了一种热固型纳米封堵剂。采用红外光谱仪、热重差热等,验证封堵剂的分子结构及热稳定性。研究了封堵剂对钻井液流变性、滤失性及封堵性能的影响。结果表明,纳米封堵剂的加量越多,Zeta电位越高,水基钻井液的粒径越大。含有该封堵剂的钻井液120℃/16 h老化后的粘度参数较老化前增加,且纳米封堵剂加量越多,钻井液的粘度越高,API滤失量越低。当封堵剂加量为4%,水基钻井液在纳米级滤纸及微米级砂盘过滤介质中的滤失量均低于10 mL,承压120℃/3.5 MPa。扫描电镜显示纳米封堵剂在滤饼中保持纳米级分布,通过热固效应出现微米级自生颗粒,合理粒度级配能够形成致密滤饼,具有良好失水造壁性和封堵效果。In order to solve the instability problem of shale wellbore,a thermosetting nano-sealing agent was prepared.The molecular structure and good thermal stability of the plugging agent were verified by means of infrared spectrometer and thermogravimetric differential heat.The effects of sealing agent on rheological properties,fluid loss and plugging property of drilling fluid were studied.The results showed that both Zeta potential and particle size of the water-based drilling fluid increased with the addition of nano-sealing agent.The viscosity parameters of the drilling fluid containing the sealing agent after aging at 120℃/16 h were higher than those before aging.The more nano-sealing agent was added,the higher the viscosity and the lower the API filtration loss for drilling fluid.When the sealing agent concentration was 4%,the filtration loss of water-based drilling fluid on the nano-scale filter paper and micron sand disc filter medium were less than 10 mL,under the test condition of 120℃/3.5 MPa.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)showed that the nanoscale distribution of the sealing agent was maintained in the filter cake,and the self-generated micron particles appeared through the thermosetting effect.The compact filter cake could be therefore formed by proper particle size distribution,which had low water loss and excellent sealing effect.
