摘  要:鄂北区块大牛地气田致密油储层孔喉小,温度偏低,其对暂堵剂的应用提出了更高要求。在优选丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、亚硫酸氢钾等原料的基础上,借助自研的温压控制调节单体,通过调节单体加量聚合制备了新型低温暂堵剂,并评价了其溶解度及综合性能。结果表明,丙烯酸与丙烯酰胺最优配比为0.62,聚合反应的最优时间为1.83 h;当温度为30~40℃时,低温暂堵剂降解后的流动黏度≤5.21 mPa·s,在40℃、溶解时间为2.5 h时,暂堵剂的降解率≥80%;当暂堵剂铺置厚度为3 cm时,最大突破暂堵段塞需要的压力为60.12 MPa,当暂堵剂铺置厚度为7 cm时,最大突破暂堵段塞需要的压力为73.85 MPa;研制的新型低温暂堵剂性能优良,可满足鄂北区块的温度、承压及降解后的流动黏度需求。The tight oil reservoir of Daniudi gas field in northern Hubei block has small pore throat and low temperature,which puts forward higher requirements for the application of temporary plugging agent.Based on the optimization of acrylamide,acrylic acid,potassium bisulfite and other raw materials,a new type of low-temperature temporary plugging agent was prepared by means of the temperatures-pressure control monomer and the polymerization of the monomer,and its solubility and comprehensive performance were evaluated.The results showed that the optimal ratio of acrylic acid to acrylamide was 0.62,and the optimal polymerization time was 1.83 h.When the temperature is 30~40℃,the flow viscosity after degradation of the low-temperature temporary plugging agent is less than 5.21 mPa·s,and when the dissolution time is 2.5 h at 40℃,the degradation rate of the temporary plugging agent is more than 80%.When the thickness of the temporary plugging agent is 3 cm,the maximum pressure required to break through the temporary plugging slug is 60.12 MPa,and when the thickness of the temporary plugging agent is 7 cm,the maximum pressure required to break through the temporary plugging slug is 73.85 MPa.The new low temperature temporary plugging agent has excellent performance and can meet the requirements of temperature,pressure and flow viscosity after degradation in the northern Hubei block.
