摘 要:以粉煤灰为原料,添加凹凸棒土、淀粉造孔剂,制备出具有一定机械强度的粉煤灰成型吸附材料。以刚果红染料为吸附对象,考察吸附材料的制备条件和工艺参数,并对吸附材料进行了一系列表征。结果表明,当粉煤灰∶凹凸棒土质量混合比为6∶4,煅烧温度为500℃,煅烧时间为3 h,淀粉添加量为总质量的25%,对刚果红染料废水的去除率可达到94.21%。比表面积分析表明,煅烧后吸附材料比表面积较煅烧前大幅度增加;X射线衍射分析表明,成型吸附材料煅烧前后其物相组成未发生变化;扫描电镜分析显示,煅烧后的吸附材料产生了明显的孔结构。The fly ash formed adsorbent materials with certain mechanical strength were prepared by using fly ash as raw material with the addition of Au-bulb clay and starch pore-forming agents.The adsorption conditions and process parameters of the adsorbent materials were investigated by using Congo red dye as the adsorption object and conducted a series of characterization of adsorption material.Result showed that the removal rate of Congo red dye wastewater could reach 94.21%when the fly ash∶gravimetric clay mass mixing ratio was 6∶4,the calcination temperature was 500℃,the calcination time was 3 h,and the starch addition was 25%of the total mass.Specific surface area analysis showed that the specific surface area of the adsorbent material increased substantially after calcination compared to that before calcination.X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the phase composition of the formed adsorbent material did not change before and after calcination.Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that the calcined adsorbent material had a distinct pore structure.
