摘 要:为解决在钢铁零件、光学玻璃、电池材料的精密加工中,吸附在表面的超细粉末难以及时有效地清除的行业难题。以顺丁烯二酸酐、正丁醇和丙烯酸为原料,合成了水溶性丙烯酸共聚物(DM-AA)分散剂。研究了不同配比、引发剂用量和温度对超分散剂分散性能的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:反应温度80℃,马来酸二丁酯与丙烯酸的配比为1∶1.5,引发剂用量为2.2 g。DM-AA用IR表征,产物的相对分子量为15 973.5。当DM-AA的质量分数为2.3%时,分散效果趋于稳定,达到较高水平,并测定了该分散剂的阻垢性能,当DM-AA的加入量达到10 mg/L时,阻垢效果达到最佳。In the precision machining of iron and steel parts,optical glass and battery materials,it is difficult to clean the superfine powder adsorbed on the surface in time and effectively.A water-soluble acrylic acid copolymer(DM-AA)dispersant was synthesized from maleic anhydride,n-butanol and acrylic acid.The effects of different ratio,amount of initiator and temperature on the dispersing properties of hyperdispersant were studied.The result showed that the optimum reaction conditions were determined:Reaction temperature 80℃,material ratio of dibutyl maleate to acrylic acid 1∶1.5,the dosage of initiator was 2.2 g.DM-AA was characterized by mean of IR.The relative molecular weight of the product was 15973.5.When the mass fraction of DM-AA was 2.3%,the dispersing effect tended to be stable and reached a high level,and the scale inhibition performance of the dispersant was tested,when the addition of DM-AA reached 10 mg/L,the scale inhibition effect reached the best state.
