摘  要:选用半胱胺盐酸盐和乙二醇二缩水甘油醚为反应原料,合成了聚(半胱胺-CO-乙二醇二缩水甘油醚),利用红外光谱等对其结构进行了分析表征,采用静态失重法、极化曲线等方法研究了其在氨基磺酸溶液中对Q235碳钢的缓蚀性能,并与十七烯基胺乙基咪唑啉季铵盐进行了缓蚀性能比较,结果表明:聚(半胱胺-CO-乙二醇二缩水甘油醚)是一种混合抑制型缓蚀剂,性能与十七烯基胺乙基咪唑啉季铵盐相当,当合成产物投加浓度为40 mg/L时,Q235碳钢腐蚀速率为0.815 5 g/(m^(2)·h),低于GB/T 25146—2010中规定碳钢腐蚀速率实验室验证结果≤2 g/(m^(2)·h)的控制指标要求。The P(CS-CO-EGDE)was synthesized with cysteamine hydrochloride,glycol diglycidyl ether as raw materials.The structure was characterized by infrared spectrometer.And the corrosion behaviours of Q235 carbon steel in sulfamic acid with the P(CS-CO-EGDE)were studied by means of corrosion weight-loss measurement,polarization curve measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results showed that the poly(CS-CO-EGDE)was a hybrid inhibit with the same performance as heptadienylamine ethyl imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt.When the dosing concentration of synthetic product was 40 mg/L,the corrosion rate of Q235 carbon steel was 0.8155 g/(m^(2)·h),which was lower than the control index requirement of GB/T 25146—2010 that the laboratory verification result of carbon steel corrosion rate had to be lower than 2 g/(m^(2)·h).
