摘  要:采用悬浮聚合造粒法,以苯乙烯与掺杂10%Li2TiO_(3)的Li1.6Mn1.6O4粉末为原料,加入正庚烷作为造孔剂,制备球形锂离子筛前驱体,用0.5 mol/L HCl处理洗脱锂后,得到多孔球形锰钛复合锂离子筛。利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪、全自动比表面及孔隙分析仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜、颗粒强度测定仪等测试设备,对造粒锂离子筛的吸附性能、形貌、比表面以及颗粒强度进行表征。SEM测试结果表明,加入少量正庚烷制备的锂离子筛呈球形外貌,当正庚烷加入量超过10%后,颗粒为无定形;造粒锂离子筛呈多孔结构,且随着正庚烷添加量的增加,锂离子筛内部孔径不断增大。结果显示,在添加正庚烷量为苯乙烯的5%以内时,单个颗粒的强度并无明显变化,并稳定在4.82 N左右,当添加量超过5%后,颗粒的强度随正庚烷添加量的增加而降低。当正庚烷添加量为苯乙烯含量的5%时,球形锂离子筛对盐湖卤水中锂的吸附容量达到9.67 mg/g;球形锂离子筛的循环稳定性能良好,在盐湖卤水中重复吸附-解吸5次以后,对锂的吸附容量仍有7.90 mg/g,单次解吸时,锰的解吸溶损稳定在0.16%以下。The suspension polymerization granulation method was used in this experiment,the mixture of styrene and Li 1.6 Mn 1.6 O 4 powder doped with 10%Li 2TiO_(3)were used as raw materials and n-heptane was added as pore forming agent to prepare spherical lithium ion sieve precursor.After lithium was eluted by 0.5 mol/L HCl acid,porous spherical manganese titanium composite lithium ion sieves were obtained.The adsorption properties,morphology,specific surface and particle strength of lithium ion sieve were characterized by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer,automatic specific surface and pore analyzer,field emission scanning electron microscope and particle strength tester.SEM results show that the lithium ion sieves prepared by adding a small amount of n-heptane have a spherical appearance.When the amount of n-heptane exceeds 10%,the particles are amorphous;the granulated lithium ion sieves have a porous structure,and the internal pore size of the lithium ion sieves increase with the increase of the addition of n-heptane.The results show that when the addition amount of n-heptane is less than 5%of styrene,the strength of a single particle has no obvious change and is stable at about 4.82 N.When the addition amount of n-heptane exceeds 5%,the strength of the particle decreases with the increase of the addition amount of n-heptane.When the addition of n-heptane is 5%of the content of styrene,the adsorption capacity of lithium ion sieves for lithium ion in salt lake brine can reach 9.67 mg/g.The cycle stability of spherical lithium ion sieves shows excellent.After repeated adsorption-desorption in salt lake brine for 5 times,the adsorption capacity of lithium is still 7.90 mg/g,and the single dissolution loss of manganese is stable below 0.16%.
