摘  要:以实采餐厨垃圾为对象采用水热处理技术进行水热制肥分析,分别测试在130,145,160,175,190℃的情况下,餐厨垃圾中有机质、总养分、腐殖质、pH、电导率、重金属和粪大肠菌群的含量变化。结果表明,餐厨垃圾中有机质的含量在130~145℃呈现下降趋势,145℃时开始升高,并在160℃含量达到最高为89.75%,其总体维持在73.55%以上,总养分氮磷钾含量变化不明显,其含量可达到6.4%以上;升高温度有利于腐殖质的形成,在190℃时其含量已经达到344 g/kg,较原样提高了83%,腐殖化率呈现先升高后降低的趋势,在175℃时达到最大为0.4。经检测,pH随温度的升高缓慢降低而电导率正好相反,重金属和粪大肠菌群的含量均符合相关肥料标准要求。The feasibility analysis of hydroheat fertilizer production based on the actual collected kitchen waste was conducted,and the content of organic matter,total nutrient,humus,pH,electrical conductivity,heavy metal and fecal coliform bacteria were evaluated at 130,145,160,175,190℃,respectively.The results show that the highest content of organic matter in kitchen waste is 89.75%,maintained above 73.55%,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content above 6.4%;the increased temperature is conducive to the formation of humus,the content is 344 g/kg at 190℃,83%,the humization rate is first increased and then decreased,maximum 0.4 at 175℃.After testing,the pH was decreased slowly with the increase of temperature and the conductivity was just the opposite,and the content of heavy metals and fecal coliform bacteria met the requirements of the relevant fertilizer standards.
