摘  要:对机械活化的原理和方法,机械活化对尾矿的物理性质变化、晶体结构变化、化学性质变化的影响,尾矿经过机械研磨后制备凝胶材料和浸出金属等方面进行系统的综述,表明机械活化能够使尾矿的粒径降低、比表面积增加、晶体结晶程度降低、晶格畸变和无序化程度增加,从而增加了尾矿活化性能、降低了发生反应的条件,大大提高了尾矿的利用效率。希望能够对以后尾矿的机械活化研究起到一定的参考作用。The principle and method of mechanical activation,the influence of mechanical activation on the change of physical properties,crystal structure and chemical properties of tailings,the preparation of gel materials and metal leaching after mechanical grinding of tailings are systematically reviewed.The results show that mechanical activation can reduce the particle size of tailings,increase the specific surface area,decrease the degree of crystal crystallization,and increase the degree of lattice distortion and disorder,thus increasing the activation performance of tailings,reducing the reaction conditions,and greatly improving the utilization efficiency of tailings.It is hoped that this paper can play a certain reference role in the research and utilization of tailings.
