摘  要:建立了一种同时测定2-甲基氮丙啶(2-MeAZ)反应液中原料和产物的气相色谱内标法。以单乙醇胺(MEA)为内标物,采用氢火焰离子检测器,在DB-35毛细管色谱柱上进行分离。在选定的试验条件下反应液中各组分的色谱峰分离度良好,各组分线性相关系数均>0.99,加标回收率在98.71%~101.12%,相对标准偏差<0.93%,适用于一异丙醇胺(IPA)气相分子内脱水工艺制备2-MeAZ过程的快速分析。A gas chromatography(GC)internal standard method for the simultaneous determination of raw materials and products in 2-methylaziridine(2-MeAZ)reaction solution was developed.Monoethanolamine(MEA)was used as an internal standard.The samples were separated on a DB-35 capillary column and detected with flame ionization detector(FID).The results showed that the components of the samples were well separated in the experimental conditions,with the linear correlation coefficient of each component greater than 0.99,the recoveries between 98.71%and 101.12%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)less than 0.93%.The method is suitable for the rapid analysis of intramolecular dehydration process of iso-propanol amine(IPA)to 2-MeAZ in vapour phase.
