摘  要:单水氢氧化锂作为锂电池的重要原材料,其需求量随着新能源汽车的快速发展而不断增长,同时正极材料、电池厂商等下游企业对于上游工厂生产的单水氢氧化锂的品质要求也在进一步提高。本文从蒸发结晶角度研究了如何优化单水氢氧化锂结晶体结构,探究了溶液浓度、蒸发温度以及搅拌速率对结晶体的影响。实验结果表明改变蒸发条件对于单水氢氧化锂结晶有一定影响,通过选择合适的溶液浓度、蒸发温度和搅拌速率可以改善结晶体的微观形貌、提高粒径均一性。As an important raw material for lithium batteries,the demand of lithium hydroxide monohydrate is growing with the rapid development of new energy vehicles.At the same time,cathode materials,battery manufacturers and other downstream enterprises for the upstream factory production of lithium hydroxide monohydrate quality requirements are also further improved.In this paper,how to optimize the crystal structure of lithium hydroxide monohydrate was studied from the evaporation crystallization process,and the influence of solution concentration,evaporation temperature and stirring rate on the crystal was investigated,respectively.The experimental results show that changing the evaporation conditions has a certain effect on the crystallization of lithium hydroxide monohydrate.The microstructure and particle size uniformity of the crystals can be improved by choosing appropriate solution concentration,evaporation temperature and stirring rate.
