摘  要:不锈钢饮用水管使用过程中会析出六价铬,而六价铬在体内具有致癌作用,对人体健康的危害非常大,因此如何降低饮用水管中六价铬的析出成为了研究热点。本文针对不锈钢饮用水管六价铬的析出原因进行了分析,并通过优化不锈钢饮用水管的无铬钝化工艺提高饮用水管的耐蚀性,降低六价铬的析出。During the use of stainless steel drinking water pipes,hexavalent chromium will be released,which has a carcinogenic effect in the body and poses a great threat to human health.Therefore,how to reduce the precipitation of hexavalent chromium in drinking water pipes has become a research hotspot.This article analyzes the reasons for the precipitation of hexavalent chromium in stainless steel drinking water pipes,and improves the corrosion resistance of drinking water pipes and reduces the precipitation of hexavalent chromium by optimizing the chromium-free passivation process of stainless steel drinking water pipes.
