摘　　要：目的:文章探究了几种快检技术在区分含糖型小柴胡颗粒和无糖型小柴胡颗粒中的应用。方法:采用了红外光谱、拉曼光谱、热分析及X射线衍射分析等检测技术分析了36批样品。结果 针对小柴胡颗粒含糖型和无糖型,XRD技术和热分析技术可以很好区分,而红外和拉曼技术较难区分。结论:该研究为含糖和无糖型药物快速区分提供了参考。Objective:To explore a method to quickly distinguish the sugar and sugar free forms of Xiaochaihu granules.Methods:The 36 batches of samples were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction.Results:XRD and thermal analysis techniques could distinguish the sugar and sugar free forms of Xiaochaihu granules,while infrared and Raman techniques were more difficult to distinguish.Conclusion:This study provides a reference for the rapid differentiation of sugar and sugar free drugs.
