爆拆灵乳膏对正常皮肤、瘙痒皮肤及皴裂皮肤效果的观察

摘　　要：观察爆拆灵乳膏对正常、瘙痒及皴裂皮肤的效果。爆拆灵可明显升高SD大鼠正常皮肤中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、羟脯氨酸,降低丙二醛含量。此外,爆拆灵可明显延长4-氨基吡啶造成的昆明小鼠瘙痒皮肤的舔体反应的潜伏时间、减少舔体次数。爆拆灵对人体皴裂皮肤的有效率在第1、2周分别为85.71%、97.14%。上述结果表明,爆拆灵对正常皮肤具有一定抗氧化、延缓衰老、增加皮肤弹性作用,对瘙痒皮肤有止痒作用,对皴裂皮肤有皮损修复、减轻瘙痒的作用。To observe the effect of Baochailing(BCL)cream on normal skin,pruritus skin,and chapped skin.GSH-Px and Hyp of SD rats skin in the BCL group were significantly increased,and MDA was significantly decreased(p<0.01).After subcutaneous injection of 4-aminopyridine,the latent time of licking reaction in Kunming mice in the BCL group was significantly prolonged and the number of licking was significantly reduced(p<0.05).The effective rates of cracked skin of volunteers in the BCL group were 85.71%and 97.14%in the first and second weeks.BCL cream has certain antioxidant effect on normal skin,delaying aging and increasing skin elasticity.It has antipruritic effect on pruritus skin,and has skin lesion repair and pruritus alleviation effect on cracked skin.
