摘 要:以NRTL作为两相分离的物性方法,以水作为乙二醇叔丁基醚和乙二醇二叔丁基醚的共沸剂,在PROII流程模拟软件上建立了共沸精馏分离乙二醇叔丁基醚与乙二醇二叔丁基醚的模型,并进行了模拟计算。模拟结果表明,利用共沸精馏可分别获得纯度(质量分数)大于99%以上的乙二醇叔丁基醚和乙二醇二叔丁基醚。同时,以共沸精馏塔为装置核心主体,以5万吨/年乙二醇叔丁基醚装置为基础,对乙二醇叔丁基醚工程设计的参数进行了详细的探讨和研究。With NRTL as the physical separation method and water as the azeotrope of ethylene tert-butylether(ETB)and ethylene glycol di-tert-butylether(DBE),the azeotrope distillation separation model of ETB and DBE was established on PROII process simulation software,and the simulation calculation was carried out.The simulation results show that ETB and DBE with purity(mass fraction)greater than 99%can be obtained by azeotropic distillation.At the same time,with the azeotropic distillation tower as the core of the plant,based on the 50,000 tons/year ethylene tert-butyl ether plant,the parameters of the engineering design of ethylene tert-butyl ether were discussed and studied in detail.
