摘 要:为保证活性污泥-生物膜联合法处理柞蚕制丝废水的处理效果,本文采用接种同步驯化法来驯化活性污泥-生物膜系统。通过微生物镜检和出水水质分析,确定适合柞蚕制丝废水的污泥驯化的条件是控制溶解氧含量在1 mg/L左右、pH值在6.5~7.5之间、温度在15~20℃、沉降比在20%~30%,驯化初期葡萄糖和磷酸二氢钾投加量分别为10.57 g/L、0.21 g/L。驯化约3个月,污泥系统成熟,出水COD去除率达80%以上,含量降低到150~200 mg/L,氨氮去除率达到90%以上,含量为5~8 mg/L,氨氮已经达到辽宁省污水排放标准要求。出水中总氮含量在0~25 mg/L之间,总磷含量在0.2~5 mg/L之间,二者处理效果不稳定,说明脱氮除磷菌增殖有限。In order to ensure the treatment effect of combined activated sludge and biofilm method on tussah silk processing wastewater,in this paper,simultaneous inoculation acclimation method was used to acclimate activated sludge biofilm system.Through the process of domesticated microbes microscopy and water quality analysis,to determine the maturity of activated sludge system,The conditions of sludge acclimation suitable for tussah silkworm wastewater were as follows:the content of dissolved oxygen was about 1 mg/L,the range of pH value was 6.5~7.5,the temperature was 15~20℃,the sedimentation ratio was 20%~30%,the dosage of nutrient glucose and KH2PO4 were 10.57 g/L and t 0.21 g/L respectively in the early stage of acclimation.Acclimation took about 3 months to complete the acclimation of the activated sludge system in SBR reactor.After the sludge system maturation,The average COD removal rate is more than 80%,the effluent COD content is reduced to 150~200 mg/L,the average ammonia nitrogen removal rate is more than 90%,the effluent ammonia nitrogen content is 5~8 mg/L,the ammonia nitrogen has reached the sewage discharge standard of Liaoning Province.The total nitrogen content in the effluent is between 0~25 mg/L,and the total phosphorus content is between 0.2~5 mg/L.The treatment effect of total nitrogen and total phosphorus is unstable,indicating that the proliferation of denitrification and dephosphorization bacteria is limited.
