摘 要:论文采用一锅法合成了以镉为中心离子,与L-苏氨酸,4,4-联吡啶为双配体并使之原位生长在高效液相色谱((HPLC,High performance liquid chromatography))硅珠(SiO_(2))表面的同手性金属有机框架复合材料Cd-HMOF@SiO_(2),所得复合材料Cd-HMOF@SiO_(2)通过扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱和圆二色光谱进行表征,证明了Cd-HMOF@SiO_(2)的成功合成。将Cd-HMOF@SiO_(2)填充成高效液相色谱手性固定相(CSP,Chiral stationary phase),对手性药物安息香进行了拆分条件优化,分别进行了流动相比例、流动相流速、重现性、线性范围和线性相关性探究,安息香两对映体在最佳分离条件下分离度R为3.84,最大分离度R可达4.90。In this paper,the homochiral metal organic frame composites with cadmium as the central ion and L-threonine,4,4-neneneba bipyridine as the double ligand were synthesized by one pot method and in-situgrown on the surface of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)silica beads(SiO_(2)).It was resulting composite materials Cd-HMOF@SiO_(2).The successful synthesis of the composite material was demonstrated through characterization using scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and circular dichroism spectroscopy.Afterwards,the composite material was used to fill the chiral stationary phase(CSP)of HPLC,and the separation conditions of chiral drug benzoin were optimized.The mobile phase ratio,mobile phase flow rate,reproducibility,linearity range and linear correlations were investigated,respectively.The separation degree R of benzoin by the optimal separation condition was 3.84.The biggest separation degree R of benzoin was 4.90.
