摘  要:越级跳闸是影响矿井供电安全性、可靠性的重要因素。针对王庄煤业6 kV供电线路越级跳闸问题频发的现象,本文首先分析矿井常见的越级跳闸故障类型及影响因素,然后基于现场实践经验,专项分析短路保护、单相接地故障、失电压、欠电压保护等四类原因引起的越级跳闸事故,制定针对性的控制策略,有效解决了矿井越级跳闸事故繁发的问题,保障了矿井生产的供电安全。Based on the analysis of common trip faults and influencing factors,the problem of leapfrog tripping represents a significant safety and reliability risk in mine power supply,as demonstrated by frequent tripping events in the case of Wangzhuang Coal′s 6 kV power supply line.In response to this issue,targeted control strategies have been developed,by analyzing short circuit protection,lost voltage,single-phase ground fault,and undervoltage protection,to mitigate the frequency of tripping accidents through field practice experience.The application of these strategies has proven effective in solving the issue,ensuring the safety of mine production and elevating the value of the approach.ward.Finally,a flow chart was drawn for it to ensure better integration of big data and regenerative system fault diagnosis.
