摘  要:本文主要对比分析我厂#3炉2021年上半年电袋除尘器进出口差压变化情况、脱硝反应器运行情况,并简要分析#3炉电袋吹灰器布袋差压高的原因,总结期间运行操作调整产生的效果,为下一步运行调整、锅炉检修提供依据,保证机组长周期安全经济运行。This article mainly compares and analyzes the changes in differential pressure between the inlet and outlet of the electric bag dust collector and the operation of the denitrification reactor in the first half of 2021 for furnace#3 in our factory.It briefly analyzes the reasons for the high differential pressure of the electric bag soot blower of furnace#3,and summarizes the effects of operation adjustments during the period.This provides a basis for the next step of operation adjustment and boiler maintenance,ensuring the safe and economic operation of the unit for a long period of time.
