摘 要:火电机组DCS锅炉主燃料跳闸(MFT)保护是锅炉安全保护的核心内容,部分火电机组MFT保护逻辑组态与规程要求存在差异,可能会造成保护拒动,危及机组安全。本文以贵州西电电力股份有限公司黔北发电厂4×300 MW机组为例,介绍了DCS锅炉MFT保护逻辑优化的实施,对火电机组的MFT保护逻辑设计与优化具有借鉴和参考意义。MFT protection is the core content of boiler safety protection in DCS of thermal power units.There are differences between logical configuration and regulation requirements of MFT protection in some thermal power units,which may cause protection rejection and endanger the safety of units.This paper takes the 300 MW unit of Guizhou West Electric Power Co.,Ltd.Qianbei Power Plant as an example to introduce the implementation of MFT protection logic optimization for DCS boilers,which has reference significance for the MFT protection logic design and optimization of thermal power units.ward.Finally,a flow chart was drawn for it to ensure better integration of big data and regenerative system fault diagnosis.
