摘　　要：本文以通信技术和单片机技术为核心,研制了用于中压开关柜的微机继电保护设备,包括测控板、保护板、录波板的设计等。当中压开关柜出现故障时,保护板分析故障数据,并向录波板发送故障录波启动信号,由测控板执行保护动作,以达到保护中压开关柜的目的。微机继电保护设备保护板和测控板均具有独立CPU和电路,两者之间通过I2C总线进行通信交流,且设备通过CAN、IEC61850、GOOSE实现与总控室的通信。Based on the communication technology and single-chip technology,this paper develops the microcomputer relay protection equipment for medium voltage switchgear,including the design of measurement and control board,protection board,and wave recording board.When the medium voltage switchgear fails,the protection board analyzes the fault data,sends the fault recording start signal to the wave recording board,and the measurement and control board performs the protection action,so as to protect the medium voltage switchgear.The protection board and measurement and control board of microcomputer relay protection equipment have independent CPU and circuit,which can communicate with each other through I2C bus,and the equipment can communicate with the general control room through CAN,IEC61850 and GOOSE.
