摘　　要：目前,机电设备安装管理工作在现代化建筑工程整体建设过程中仍存在诸多问题,缺乏完善的管理体系以及安装管理工作落实不到位。为进一步提高建筑机电设备安装管理质量,本文以相关工程重要性分析为入手点,在明确建筑机电设备安装工程特征的基础上分析相关工作常见问题,以及科学的机电设备安装工程管理体系,最终明确具体的管理要点。The improper management of electromecha nical equipment installation remains a prevalent issue during modern building construction projects.This problem largely results from the absence of a comprehensive management system and insufficient implementation of installation management.To enhance the quality of electromechanical equipment installation management in construction,this paper will explore the significance of related projects and analyze the common problems faced.Additionally,define particular management points for electromechanical equipment installation projects by examining their unique characteristics and establishing a scientific management system.
