摘　　要：本文利用高级编程语言C#开发了一套数据采集和分析软件系统,重点讲述了其系统组成、数据来源、数据采集技术、数据存储技术、数据传输技术和数据分析报表等。该系统在铸管离心机实际生产中运行稳定,在节能增效等方面发挥了重大作用。A set of data acquisition and analysis system software for casting machine is developed with C#in this paper.This paper focuses on its system composition,data sources,data acquisition methods,data storage,data transmission and data analysis.The system runs stably,and has played a major role in the energy saving and efficiency improving for the casting machines.
