摘　　要：为保证蒙华铁路工程建设质量、实现工程建设目标,本文就质量安全管理方面展开探索和研究,主要包括针对监理、施工单位推行的一系列改革和创新举措。To achieve the objectives of constructing a high-quality Menghua Railway project,the management of quality and safety was explored and researched in depth.This paper focuses on the measures taken by the supervision and construction units to improve quality and safety,including a series of reforms and innovative strategies.
