摘　　要：“双高”计划对图书馆内涵建设提出了新要求。针对高职图书馆发展中现存的问题,结合北京电子科技职业学院图书馆实践案例,探讨“双高”计划背景下高职图书馆内涵建设的路径和保障,以期为新时代高职图书馆发展建设提供参考。The"double high"of higher vocational college puts forward new requirements for library connotation constructing.Aiming at the existing problems in the development,this paper discusses the path and guarantee of connotation construction of higher vocational college library under the background of"double high"with the example of the practice of Beijing Polytechnic library,in order to provide reference for the development and construction of higher vocational college library in the new era.
