摘　　要：介绍了一种过氧化二苯甲酰的合成方法,以苯甲酰氯、双氧水、液碱作为主要原料,开始时将液碱加入到双氧水中,调节pH值至9~12并保持温度在20~25℃;加入表面活性剂,分散均匀后同时滴加苯甲酰氯和氢氧化钠,并保持pH值和温度;滴加完毕后加入去离子水,升温继续反应,得到反应液经固液分离,所得固体经去离子水洗涤、碳酸氢钠水溶液洗涤,干燥后得到高纯度、颗粒状的过氧化二苯甲酰,有效的降低了苯甲酰氯的水解率,控制副产物的生成。A synthesis method of benzoyl peroxide is introduced,with benzoyl chloride,hydrogen peroxide and liquid alkali as the main raw materials,and the liquid alkali is added to the hydrogen peroxide at the beginning,the pH is adjusted to 9~12 and the temperature is maintained at 20~25℃;Add surfactant,disperse evenly and add benzoyl chloride and sodium hydroxide dropwise,and maintain pH and temperature;After the dropwise addition is completed,deionized water is added,the heating continues to react,the reaction solution is separated by solid-liquid,the resulting solid is washed by deionized water,aqueous sodium bicarbonate solution is washed,and after drying,high-purity,granular benzoyl peroxide is obtained,which effectively reduces the hydrolysis rate of benzoyl chloride and controls the generation of by-products.
