摘 要:采用低温结晶法提取硼铁矿酸浸液中的硼酸,一次回收率为74.66%,并对其进行了XRD和SEM表征。分析其纯度为99.70%,达到了国家化工行业工业硼酸标准GB/T 538—2006中一等品的要求(硼酸质量含量在99.4%~100.8%之间)。最后分别测定了提取的硼酸中的杂质镁、铁和硫酸根的含量:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了硼酸中杂质镁的含量,结果为硼酸中含镁1.34×10^(-4);采用分光光度法测定了硼酸中杂质铁的含量,结果为硼酸中含铁8.175×10^(-5);采用分光光度法测定了硼酸中杂质硫酸根的含量,结果为硼酸中含硫酸根1.116×10^(-5)。The boric acid was extracted from acid-leaching solution by low-temperature crystallization,the recovery of it reached to 74.66%.The purity of boric acid is 99.70%,which fits the first grade industrial products(boric acid content of between 99.4%~100.8%)according to the industrial standard of boric acid(GB/T 538-2006).In addition,the impurities content of boric acid were analyzed in this paper.The impurity magnesium content of boric acid was assayed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)and the impurity iron and impurity sulfate ion of boric acid were assayed by spectrophotometry.And the results of those wereω(Mg)=1.34×10^(-4),ω(Fe)=8.175×10^(-5),ω(SO 42-)=1.116×10^(-5).
