摘  要:碳排放控制被认为是解决全球温室效应的一条有效途径,通过对油品罐区全生命周期内温室气体排放的控制,是油品罐区系统促进“碳中和”和“碳达峰”目标实现的最佳方式之一。为此,围绕油品罐区中碳排放的若干问题,通过文献调研的方式回顾和分析了近些年来国内外油品罐区碳排放控制策略。研究结果表明:碳排放的研究当着眼于罐区设计、制造、施工和运行各阶段中,现阶段在罐区全生命周期内的碳排放管理已经取得一定成绩,但是碳排放研究应不局限于已有的罐区内物料介质,可增加对其他脱碳或低碳介质的研究。在进行油品罐区碳排放研究时,建议考虑现有管道中驱动设备的能源替代问题,逐步改进能源驱动方式,引入可再生能源或低碳能源等。开展油品罐区碳足迹分析和评测,制定我国油品罐区碳排放准则,促进“双碳”目标实现。结论认为,该研究成果可以为油品罐区的碳排放控制的关键技术的研究和推广应用提供有益的参考。Carbon emission control is considered to be an effective way to solve the global greenhouse effect.Through the control of greenhouse gas emissions in the whole life cycle of oil tank farm,it is one of the best ways to promote the realization of"carbon neutrality"and"carbon peak"in oil tank farm system.This paper reviews and analyzes the carbon emission control strategies of oil tank farms at home and abroad in recent years through literature research,focusing on some problems of carbon emission in oil tank farms.Research results show that the carbon emissions research when looking at the terminal in various phases of design,manufacture,construction and operation,at this stage in the whole life cycle of tank farm of carbon management has made certain achievements,but carbon research should not be confined to the existing tank farm material medium,can increase the study of other decarburization or low carbon medium.In the study of carbon emissions from oil tank farms,it is recommended to consider the energy substitution of drive equipment in existing pipelines,gradually improve the driving mode of energy,introduce renewable energy or low-carbon energy.Carry out carbon footprint analysis and evaluation of oil tank farms,formulate carbon emission standards for oil tank farms in China,and promote the realization of the'double carbon'goal.It is concluded that the research results can provide a useful reference for the research and application of the key technologies of carbon emission control in oil tank farm.
