摘  要:铬、镍、铜、锌、镉、铅(Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb)是生物样品检测中常测的金属元素,目前对这6种元素的检测通常是对各元素的总量进行样品的制备和测定,对金属元素的形态分析方法较少。实验采用纯水浸提砂糖橘皮样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-Ms)测定砂糖橘皮中水溶态铬镍铜锌镉铅的含量。文中分别对样品提取温度,仪器在线内标回收率等问题进行了分析探讨,并且将测定结果与样品中各元素的微波消解总量做了对比分析。Chromium,nickel,copper,zinc,cadmium and lead(Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,CD,Pb)are the metal element often measured in biological samples.At present,the detection of these six elements is usually the preparation and determination of samples for the total amount of each element.There are few speciation analysis methods for metal elements.In this paper,the samples were extracted with pure water,and the content of water-soluble of Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,Cd and Pb in sugar orange peel was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP MS).The extraction temperature and online internal standard recovery rate were discussed respectively and the determination results were compared with the total amount of microwave digestion of each element in the sample.
