摘 要:海上油田FPSO都普遍面临着污油水占舱的问题,在海上油气开采及处理过程中会产生含有大量固体杂质、悬浮物、重烃组分、化学药剂和无机盐的污油水,其处理难度高,常常占用FPSO等海上终端设施大量舱容空间,给油田的安全稳定生产埋下隐患,同时造成经济损失。文中对海上油田某FPSO的污油水的来源和性质进行了分析,通过采取生产工艺优化改造和化学药剂优选换型等措施,成功解决了污油水占舱的问题。In the process of offshore oil and gas exploitation and treatment,oily water containing a large number of solid impurities,suspended solids,heavy hydrocarbon components,chemicals,and inorganic salts will be produced,which is difficult to treat and occupy a large percentage of storage in offshore terminal facilities such as the FPSO.This brings hidden dangers to the safety and stable production of oilfields and causes economic losses.This study analyzes the source and properties of the slop oily water in an FPSO in an offshore oilfield and successfully solves the problem of slop oily water occupying the tank.Effective measures such as production process optimization,transformation,chemical optimization,and replacement were taken.
