摘  要:针对目前配电网继电保护装置不停电更换作业中作业间隔失去保护,以及更换后二次回路正确性无法验证的问题,提出一种配电网保护不停电更换及试验新模式。在该模式下,一方面使用临时保护替代原保护,使带电作业间隔继续带保护运行,另一方面通过使用模拟断路器,验证保护更换后整组动作回路的正确性。最后,通过现场应用实践,验证了该配电网保护更换及试验新模式的可行性,提高了配电网二次技改工作的效率和安全性。A novel mode of uninterrupted replacement and test of relay protection in distribution network is proposed to solve the problem that the operation region loses protection during the replacement of relay protection devices and the correctness of the secondary circuit of replaced devices cannot be verified.On the one hand,temporary protection is used to replace the original protection,so that the operation region can continue to operate with well-protection.On the other hand,simulative breaker is used to verify the correctness of the complete secondary circuit of replaced protection devices.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed mode is verified in field practice,and the efficiency and safety of secondary operation in distribution network are improved by applying this novel mode.
