摘　　要：断路器保护作为3/2接线保护的重要组成部分,在变电站保护中占有重要地位。基于变电站断路器保护改造的实际案例,介绍了电缆整体利旧和更换全部电缆两种改造方案下,更换断路器保护二次安全措施的执行要点和步骤,并编写了二次安全措施票,降低了电网改造风险,并已在现场广泛推广应用。Circuit breaker protection,as a significant part of 3/2 wiring protection,plays a crucial role in substation protection.According to the practical example of circuit breaker protection transformation in substation,the implementation points and steps of replacing the secondary safety measures of circuit breaker protection under the two transformation schemes of replacing all cables and recycling the old cables are introduced.A ticket for secondary safety measures has been written to reduce the risk of power grid transformation and has been widely promoted and applied in the field.
