搭接塑料薄膜的架空线路交流闪络特性实验研究

摘  要:搭接在发电厂内高压架空导线上的塑料薄膜在阴雨天气时容易造成输电线路闪络,因此对塑料薄膜在不同的模拟液电导率、几何尺寸及搭接方式下的放电特性进行了实验研究及仿真分析。研究结果表明,当塑料薄膜完全搭接输电线路时,塑料薄膜的闪络电压随表面模拟液电导率的增加而逐渐降低,表面模拟液电导率为5.2 mS/cm时的平均闪络电压梯度为0.38 kV/cm;随着塑料薄膜长度的增加,闪络电压增加的速度变慢,当塑料薄膜表面模拟液电导率为0.996 mS/cm时,塑料薄膜的闪络电压梯度为0.71 kV/cm。当塑料薄膜不完全搭接输电线路时,塑料薄膜的闪络电压随着模拟液电导率的增加而减小,随着塑料薄膜宽度的增加而逐渐降低,表面模拟液电导率为0.004 mS/cm时的闪络电压与模拟液电导率为5.02mS/cm时的闪络电压相比下降了62.2%,塑料薄膜宽度为40 cm时的闪络电压与塑料薄膜宽度为5 cm时的闪络电压相比减小了22.65%。The plastic film overlapped on overhead transmission line is easy to cause flashover in rainy weather.In this paper,the discharge characteristics of plastic film under different simulated liquid conductivity,geometric size and overlapped mode are studied and simulated.The results show that when the plastic film is fully lapping the transmission line,the flashover voltage of the plastic film decreases gradually with the increase of the conductivity of the simulated liquid on the surface.When the conductivity of the simulated liquid on the surface is 5.2 mS/cm,the average flashover voltage gradient is 0.38 kV/cm.With the increase of the length of the plastic film,the flashover voltage increases slowly.When the simulated liquid conductivity is 0.996 mS/cm,the flashover voltage gradient of the plastic film is 0.71 kV/cm.When the plastic film is not fully lapping the transmission line,the flashover voltage of the plastic film decreases with the increase of the simulated liquid conductivity,and gradually decreases with the increase of the width of the plastic film.Compared with the simulated liquid conductivity of 0.004 mS/cm,the flashover voltage of the simulated liquid conductivity of 5.02 mS/cm decreases by 62.2%.The flashover voltage when the width of plastic film is 40 cm is 22.65%lower than that when the width is 5 cm.
