广佛都市圈的产业协同发展逻辑与实践演进

摘　　要：产业协同是激活区域产业升级和创新发展的牵引力。自“广佛都市圈”概念提出以来,广佛同城工作已从原来的基础设施对接迈向产业合作的方向发展,目前市级行政划分的地方属性,依然是区域产业一体化进程发展的藩篱。通过文献和问卷调查进行可视化分析,对广佛两市不同阶段的产业合作模式、内容、机制以及广佛两地产业结构进行实证分析。在国家推进“五位一体”总体布局和广东省关于“一核一带一区”区域发展格局的背景下,探索广佛都市圈的产业协作和融合发展路径,以期为省级政府未来制定政策及实施提供参考。Industrial synergy is the traction force to activate regional industrial upgrading and innovative development.Since the concept of"Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan area"was proposed,the work of Guangzhou-Foshan co-location has moved from the original infrastructure docking to the direction of industrial cooperation,but the local attributes of the current municipal administrative division are still a barrier to the development of the regional industrial integration process.A visual analysis is conducted through literature and questionnaires to empirically analyse the mode,content and mechanism of industrial cooperation between Guangzhou and Florida at different stages,as well as the industrial structure of Guangzhou and Florida.The study shows that in the context of the overall layout of the"Five-in-One"and the regional development pattern of"One Core,One Belt,One Region"in Guangdong Province,it is important to explore the path of industrial collaboration and integration in the Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan area,with a view to providing a reference for the provincial government to formulate policies and implement them in the future.This study is intended to provide reference for future policy formulation and implementation by the provincial government.
