摘　　要：随着油田数字化的发展,泵工况的应用逐渐在油田普及,常规潜油电泵的井下检测手段一般采用泵工况。面对大批量生产的工况仪产品,质检人员难以对每块泵工况电路板的所有引脚进线检测,一般采用抽样方式进行检测。电路板在井下工作一段时间后,会出现引脚松动,器件损坏等情况。基于此,设计了一种井下监测电路用多功能测试仪,可以在井下工况仪电路板出厂前,检测其线路针脚焊接情况、温度测试回路、振动加速度测试回路的可靠性。With the development of oilfield digitalization,the application of pump condition is gradually popularized in oilfield,and the downhole inspection means of conventional submerged electric pump generally adopts pump condition.In the face of mass-produced conditioner products,quality control personnel are difficult to test all the pins of each pump conditioner circuit board,and generally use sampling methods for testing.After a period of working in the well,the circuit board will have loose pins,device damage,etc.Based on this,a multi-function tester for downhole monitoring circuits has been designed to check the reliability of the circuit pins soldered,the temperature test circuit and the vibration acceleration test circuit before the circuit board of the downhole service instrument is shipped.
