摘　　要：模块化是一种新的工艺及编程策略,将产品的共同相似轮廓及工艺特征提取出来,加以数字化处理,形成模块类程序,将其存储入NC系统进行调用。模块化数控编程所得的程序,数据计算量比较小,具有很强的通用性,比较容易采用,编程快捷,大幅度提高工艺分析效率和编程效率。Modularization is a new process and programming strategy that extracts common similar contours and process features of products,digitizes them,and forms modular programs that are stored in the NC system for invocation.The program obtained by modular numerical control programming has a relatively small amount of data calculation,strong versatility,easy adoption,and fast programming,greatly improving the efficiency of process analysis and programming.
