摘  要:参照国际惯例,我国在核电运行阶段已经建立了完善的经验反馈管理体系,并将经验反馈管理延伸至核电建设阶段,特别是以EPC交钥匙工程模式下的总承包建设的管理中。研究基于运营系统设计评价理论、知识粘性理论开展了核电EPC总承包商建设阶段经验反馈管理系统的评价、传播与应用机理研究、良好管理实践探究,提出了经验反馈管理改进优化建议和实践指南。Referring to international practices,China has established a complete experience feedback management system during the nuclear power operation stage,and has extended experience feedback management to the nuclear power construction stage,especially in the management of EPC turnkey construction.Based on the operational system design evaluation theory and knowledge stickiness theory,the research conducted the evaluation,dissemination,and application mechanism research of the experience feedback management system for the nuclear power EPC contractor during the construction phase,as well as the exploration of good management practices,and proposed suggestions for improving and optimizing the experience feedback management and practical guidance.
